Every entry includes the franchisor's legal name, industry, current registration status, effective and expiration dates, unit count, the original FDD in PDF, and the franchisee location list from Item 20 in Excel format.
FDD data covers all 23 items: initial fees (Item 5), estimated investment ranges (Item 7), territory terms (Item 12), litigation history (Item 3), outlet counts and turnover (Item 20), and financial performance representations (Item 19) where the franchisor discloses them.
